Refund policy

All products purchased from TWENTYSIXDIAMOND may be exchanged or returned for a refund to original method of payment within 14 days following the date the Product was delivered to Purchaser. If you initiate your return or exchange within 14 days of delivery date, or are returning a gift within 30 days of its delivery date, TWENTYSIXDIAMOND will cover the necessary return shipping charges.

You may return a product purchased from TWENTYSIXDIAMOND anywhere in the United States within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

• You include all original packaging in like new condition;
• You include all tags, stickers, or other identifying labels on the Product in undamaged like new condition;
• You include all documentation in undamaged like new condition;
• You include the product in undamaged like new condition; and
• You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product

TWENTYSIXDIAMOND will issue a refund or ship a replacement item within 14 business days of receiving a returned product.  If your return is not a result of a TWENTYSIXDIAMOND error, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs for the products from your refund.
